Delete your Mi Taller account

This page explains how to request deletion of the account you created in the Mi Taller app or on this website, together with the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to apps@mitaller.co from the email address your Mi Talleraccount is registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. We will confirm your request by replying to that address.
3. Your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

Your user account, profile details, vehicles and their documents, marketplace listings, chat conversations, favourites, and appointment history.

What may be kept

Records we are legally required to retain (for example invoices and payment records) are kept for the statutory retention period and then deleted. Anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked to you may also be retained.
